A Connection in Time and Space

According to the National Institute for Mental Health, 1 in 5 children are currently suffering or will suffer from a serious debilitating mental illness during their lifetime. With mental health support, the length and severity of the illness can be very different than if no support is given. A Connection in Time and Space is a mobile mental health service that supports children, youth and families as they navigate different challenges that life throws at them. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been working with children and adolescents in a clinical capacity since 2012. Many clients have benefited from my humanistic, client-centered and strengths-based approach. Give me a call and let's work together to support your child in moving through this challenging time. I offer play therapy, art therapy and psychotherapy services. I work together with the caregiver of the client to facilitate growth and development, while providing support and a safe space for my client to share who they are and what they need.
