What felt heavy or draining?

What do you want more of in 2026?

There’s no need to have it all figured out. Wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about noticing, caring, and making small, meaningful choices.

💛 In January, I’ll be offering gentle, supportive ways to move, restore, and strengthen your body and mind. For now, breathe, reflect, and give yourself grace as this year ends.
