There’s a saying, “there’s no book on how to be married,” but that is not completely true. The Gottman’s have written one! In fact, they have been doing research for over 30 years and have many books.

Using their methods, mixed with family systemic therapy and teaching people how to self regulate and co-regulate, I’ve been able to help literally hundreds of couples in my career to become healthy and happy.

But here is the most important part of any therapy experience, you and your spouse must want it, and do the work. The therapist responsibility is to give tools and help you on your journey.

Today I feel accomplished. I always thought it would be so hard to create something so beautiful. Today I built this in five hours with just a simple design pattern.

The walking meditation path is not completely finished, I have some odds and end things to do to fill in the walking area. I imagine it will just keep growing into something more and more beautiful! ❤️❤️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🙏
