Meet Natalie Thompson,

Physical Therapist Assistant
Pelvic Health Specialist

Natalie graduated from Loma Linda University in CA and has over 12 years of experience in Physical Therapy. She specializes in Pelvic Health with a strong foundation in orthopedics. Natalie has completed extensive continuing education course work during her practice and feels honor to be a part of her patient's healing process.

Natalie prides herself on treating the whole person and is blessed to use her skills to improve her patients quality of life.

Natalie and her family enjoy the beach, outdoor adventures, loving on family, friends, and serving the community around them.

She also has extensive experience in both Pilates mat and reformer training and has started offering one on one sessions to the public! Contact us for more information.

Meet Tina Fortier, PT - Our Certified Vestibular Therapist!

Have you ever experienced dizziness or imbalance? Have you fallen over the past year? Are you participating less and less in activities due to acute or chronic pain in your spine or joints? Your problem is my passion! I am physical therapist with 38 years of experience treating spine and joint pain using a variety of approaches including McKenzie Mechanical diagnosis and treatment, Gary Gray’s functional transformation and pain neuroscience education.

I also have 21 years of experience as a certified vestibular specialist treating vertigo and concussions. I am certified in 4 levels of vestibular training and have earned a diploma in the online international vestibular diploma program in February 2021.

After 38 years of treating people, I am still humbled by God’s design of the human body and excited to help each person achieve their functional goals.

Meet Dr. David Deitz

David achieved his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University. He earned his Master of Physical Therapy from West Virginia University, where he also completed his undergraduate work in Human Performance and Health. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

David has always enjoyed using his knowledge and skill to bless others and build genuine relationships with his patients. He opened Providence Physical Therapy for the opportunity to more fully invest in the service of his patients, co-workers, and community. Genuine care is his mission, not just his vocation.

David and his wife, Heidi, enjoy raising their two children and spending time together as a family. He enjoys most sports, playing basketball and running with his daughter. He and his family are members of Scott’s Hill Baptist Church.
