Sand and Sea Massage Therapy Tara Kelly is dually licensed in both Pennsylvania and South Carolina. She started her career in Massage Therapy more than 22 years ago.

She has a passion for Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy, but is skillfully trained in many modalities. She works hard to investigate the root of her clients' chronic pain issues and formulates a plan to assist in the healing process both on her table and recommendations for self care off the table. Tara has also spent many years in the classroom teaching massage therapy modalities to the next generation of Massage Therapists. She currently provides out call/in home sessions with the hopes of opening a Surfside Beach location in the near future.
