Embrace the energy of the new moon with Marissa during a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra & Yin practice. 🧘🏽♀️This special session is designed to help you set intentions, release tension, and cultivate inner stillness.
We’ll begin with gentle Yin yoga, holding postures for longer periods to open the body, improve flexibility, and encourage deep relaxation. Then, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice known as “yogic sleep,” where you’ll enter a state of deep rest and renewal.
The new moon is a time for reflection and new beginnings—this practice will support you in slowing down, resetting your mind, and planting seeds for the cycle ahead.
