West-MEC Medical Assisting at Northwest

West-MEC Medical Assisting at Northwest This program prepares students with the necessary clinical and administrative knowledge to become entry-level medical assistants. Just don’t be that guy.

Students will receive hands-on training and learn how to properly administer injections, take vital signs, record EKGs, implement basic accounting procedures, and understand the fundamentals of patient documentation. Upon completion of the program, students may test to receive a certification with the American Heart Association CPR/AED.
