A bit about my ENDO journey:
For years, I thought living in pain was normal.
I pushed through the cramps that had me doubled over in pain. I ignored the fatigue that made simple tasks feel impossible. At a young age, my gyno told me it was just bad periods, and put me on the . That only masked the symptoms and every time I tried to go off it, I had horrific symptoms like fainting, blackouts, waves of strange pains, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and more. I knew something wasn’t right and I was determined to find the root cause.

It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with endometriosis that everything finally made sense — and everything changed. Instead of accepting a life ruled by pain, I decided to fight for my healing. Naturally.

Here are a few things that truly made a difference:
✨ Anti-inflammatory Low FodMap diet — Goodbye dairy and processed sugar, hello leafy greens, berries, and omega-3s. Recent studies have shown that a low fodmap diet can significantly alleviate endo.
✨ Castor oil packs — My nightly ritual to soothe inflammation and promote detox.
✨ Gut health focus — Healing my microbiome to reduce systemic inflammation.
✨ Daily gentle movement — Yoga, stretching, walking — honoring my body going easy on flare up days.
✨ Mind-body connection — Pelvic Physical Therapy, Meditation, and Positive Affirmations
My healing journey has been a decades-long crusade to find answers, and it has been frustrating and challenging. Surgeries, ER visits and countless ultrasounds. Some days are extremely hard. But today, I am stronger, more in tune with my body, and full of hope. 🕊️

After suffering from Endometriosis for almost 30 years, Jennifer has experienced much healing both physically and emotionally by transforming her lifestyle. That has included incorporating a daily home yoga and meditation practice, using safer skincare and body care products, reducing her cosmetic makeup products and incorporating the use of Essential Oils throughout her daily life.
Jennifer is passionate about her yoga practice and guiding women to feel good in their bodies. She holds a 200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certification and is a Holistic Yoga Flow graduate.
