We had an amazing time back on campus last week teaching a hands-on CPR workshop for Ottawa University - Arizona students! This session focused on high-quality compressions, AED use, and building confidence to act quickly in real emergencies.

Last week we covered First Aid, and this CPR workshop wrapped everything together perfectly!

CPR Training Night with the Dysart Community Education Enrichment Program!

Last night was such a great experience! We had both staff and students join us for a hands-on First Aid, CPR AED training session. Everyone jumped right in, practiced with confidence, and learned the skills needed to stay calm and take action in an emergency.

I love seeing students and staff learning side-by-side, it builds teamwork, preparedness, and real-world confidence.

What an awesome week! Everyday Heroes CPR had the opportunity to host a First Aid Workshop for the students at Ottawa College.

These hands-on workshops give students practical skills and confidence to respond in an emergency whether it’s at home, work, or out in the community.

Next week, we’re back on campus for CPR Training, and we can’t wait to build on the skills they’ve already learned!

We had an awesome day training the staff at Dick’s House of Sport, the newest DICK'S Sporting Goods location here in Glendale, Arizona!

This team jumped right in to learn CPR, AED use, and choking response, practicing hands-on skills that could one day save a life — whether in the store, on the field, or at home.

It’s always inspiring to see companies making safety and preparedness part of their culture.

Lifesaving Skills, Lifelong Confidence!
We had such a great time last week at Arizona Traditions teaching CPR, AED, and choking response!

Our seniors showed incredible focus, humor, and heart as they learned how to act quickly and confidently in an emergency.
It’s never too late to learn how to save a life and this group proved it!

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us for making safety a community priority.

In the middle of a Drew Lynch comedy show, a man collapsed from a heart attack.
Audience members immediately jumped in and performed CPR until EMTs arrived — and they saved his life.

This is a powerful reminder: knowing CPR can make all the difference.

Immediate CPR can double or triple survival chances.

Less than half of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests get bystander CPR.

Every minute without CPR cuts survival by ~10%.

Last week Everyday Heroes CPR Training had the privilege of providing BLS training to the Willow Canyon High School CNA students. These future healthcare professionals worked hard, built confidence, and are now better prepared to respond in an emergency.

Big congratulations to the students from Unity Dental Assisting who just wrapped up their BLS course this past Saturday! This was their final step as they finish their dental program, such an exciting accomplishment.
