Rock Creek is a distinctive memory care community serving those living with memory loss. Welcome to distinctive memory care at Rock Creek at the Park.

Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

Join us for our monthly Support Group at Rock Creek at The Park, on April 15th from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM! 💙

This welcoming and informative gathering takes place in our community club room and is designed to provide support, education, and connection for those navigating the dementia journey. Whether you are a caregiver, family member, or simply looking for guidance, this group offers a space to share experiences, gain valuable resources, and connect with others who understand.

Guests are welcome—feel free to invite anyone who may benefit. Light refreshments will be provided.

This group is facilitated by Stephanie Fialkin, MSW, Executive Director, bringing professional insight and compassionate leadership to each session.

Our Sweetheart Dance was very SWEET 💕💝💖
Ahead of the event we asked if anyone would like to share their wedding photos and a quick story of how they met their spouse and our families, as always, we're super receptive and involved. We displayed them for everyone to enjoy on our grand piano. We had live music for everyone to dance to. Our culinary department provided sweet treats and themed mocktails for everyone to enjoy. The ladies were given a scented artificial Rose and heart shaped glasses. The men were provided pink and red bow ties to wear for the event. Tables and the room were decorated with rose pedals, pink draping, and candlelight. We also had a photo display for everyone to take photos! We all danced our hearts out. It was a grand time! ✨❣💕
