I've been spending more of my time teaching fitness classes to assisted living residents over the past few months. It has been, so far, a very rewarding experience and is teaching me the importance of giving back to the community in whichever way you can in order to create something positive. We don't have to live in negativity and darkness. Have a great day, and if you can, do something small for someone else this weekend if you haven't already. 🙂
