So much gratitude for everyone who joined me for yesterday’s sound bath… what a beautiful, intentional, deeply felt experience we shared together. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for the energy you brought into the room, for your openness, your stillness, your breaths, your tears, your smiles, your presence. Each of you helped create something truly sacred.

Watching bodies soften, nervous systems unwind, hearts open, and spirits settle is why I do this work…and yesterday was a powerful reminder of that. I am endlessly grateful for this community and for the trust you place in me to hold space for your rest, release, and return to self.

Yesterday morning’s sound bath and meditation Sound Bath & Meditation | The Gratitude Frequency felt so sacred…Thank you to every single person who showed up with an open heart and allowed yourself to settle, soften, and receive.

Our Water Blessing Ritual was such a beautiful moment. Each of you wrote down a word, a name, or something you were grateful for… and offered it into the shared bowl of water… letting your blessing dissolve back into flow.
Watching that collective gratitude ripple through the room was powerful, it felt like the whole space lifted into a higher vibration.

I am still feeling the energy of it today.
Sunday mornings have a way of bringing us back into ourselves, reminding us of what matters, helping us reset our frequency for the week ahead.
