Recently, Dr. Fala selected Centerwell to take ownership and administration of his medical practice. Through this acquisition, Centerwell will continue to focus on delivering Dr. Fala and Melina Sims NP patients with excellent patient care. The office will continue to see commercial patients until April of 2026 after that we will only be able to see Medicare eligible seniors (see accepted plans below) please call the office to schedule your visit before April 15th. If you would like to and are eligible to change your plan to stay with Dr. Fala, we can connect you with a trusted broker or you may reach out to your own broker. Please give the office a call to get more information.

We would like to sincerely thank our patients for trusting Dr. Fala & the team with your healthcare. It has truly been an honor to care for you. To those who are unable to continue with us due to insurance changes, please know you will be deeply missed. We are grateful for the time we shared and wish you continued health and happiness.
