Recently, Dr. Fala selected Centerwell to take ownership and administration of his medical practice. Through this acquisition, Centerwell will continue to focus on delivering Dr. Fala and Melina Sims NP patients with excellent patient care. The office will continue to see commercial patients until April 15th of 2026 after that we will only be able to see Medicare eligible seniors (see accepted plans below) please call the office to schedule your visit before April 15th. If you would like to and are eligible to change your plan to stay with Dr. Fala, we can connect you with a trusted broker or you may reach out to your own broker.
