Ashley has such a heart for people, and it truly shows in everything she does. She believes in the power of connection, generosity, and community—and she brings that to life through the events she plans and the relationships she builds.

In her role as our Community Advancement Officer, Ashley will be helping create meaningful experiences, engage with donors, and support the initiatives that make our community so special.

When she’s not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, crafting, and making memories with her friends and family.

Rebecca brings over 10 years of experience serving seniors, creating meaningful connections and joyful community experiences. Before working in senior living, she spent time as a flight attendant, where she learned the importance of caring for others and serving with kindness.

Rebecca loves using her gifts for gardening, crafting, decorating, and planning special events that bring people together and share God’s love throughout our community.

Today we say “see you later” to someone who has brought so much joy, laughter, and heart to Fellowship Square Surprise. 💛

After three wonderful years as our Activities Director, Barb is officially heading into retirement. During her time here, Barb poured so much love into this community—planning events, creating meaningful moments, and making sure every resident felt included and cared for. It’s no surprise that our residents absolutely adore her.

Barb has a special gift for bringing people together, whether it was through a fun event, a creative activity, or simply a warm conversation in the hallway. She helped make this community feel even more like home.

While we will miss seeing her every day, we couldn’t be happier for her as she begins this exciting new chapter—spending more time enjoying life and making memories with her husband.
