Frankincense and Sacred Frankincense can easily be mistaken for the same essential oil. But what's the difference?
Both oils come from the frankincense tree but are sourced from separate regions and belong to different species. Each has a distinct characteristic and component, too. Frankincense is commonly used topically to reduce uneven skin tone and support healthy-looking skin; while Sacred Frankincense is used to increase spiritual awareness.
Although different, we love to use both essential oils to create a calming and grounding environment during moments of prayer, meditation, or yoga sessions.

🙋Ladies, I’ve got a special blend for you today. Hormone support has been at the top of my list lately, so wanted to share this with you.

Often times when our hormones aren’t in range, we deal with moodiness, low energy, stress, lack of good sleep, trouble focusing and so much more. So I’ve got the perfect blend to help support all of the above.

Here is one of my favorite roller blends. It helps keep me feeling balanced all while providing me with emotional and hormone support. Each of these oils helps support our bodies and have some incredible properties. I encourage you to look them up.

Super Woman Blend
12 Sacred Sandalwood
12 Clary Sage
8 Ylang Ylang
8 Bergamot

Add oils to a 10ml roller then top off with the carrier oil of your choice. Apply to forearms, behind the ears and inner ankles.

🐕Pet Stain and Odor Remover Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
15 drops Lemon essential oil
5 drops Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil
5 drops Purification® essential oil blend
2 cups baking soda (optional, for tough or already-dried stains)
Instructions:
If your doggo buddy very recently left a puddle on the living room carpet, use these instructions for removing fresh stains:
Add the essential oils to the salt and mix well.
In a spray bottle, combine the salt mixture, apple cider vinegar, and water. Mix thoroughly until salt has dissolved.
Blot the “accident” to remove excess moisture.
Shake the bottle, then spray the stained area generously until wet.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Using an old towel or rag, soak up the mixture by blotting until moisture is removed. Do not apply heat to aid in the drying process, as it can cause unwanted odors and stains to set permanently.
