I have found a PMD program to help students/children and adults with learning and behavior deficits that can hinder their ability to function appropriately at school and/or at home while I was searching for answers with family members with bi-polar disorders, mood disorders, behavioral and learning deficits. I found an exercise and learning program that helps both adults and children live life to

their fullest potential while being able to correct these behaviors to great degrees, helps build self esteem, corrects cognitive dissonance, gain better mental focus, while improving learning skills. I am CARree and now 5 years later, I am a Certified PMD Facilitator, CPT, and Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. I have been studying the effects and deficits of underdeveloped perceptual motor skills in both children and adults for the past 5 years. I have been working with PMD trainers and using the past year helping others reach their best life’s potential using a proven non-drug modality perceptual motor development program that has proven results and is backed by PMD research and neuroscience studies. Children need to understand directional instructions in order to perform most physical activities. Understanding directions verbally is the first step. “Which way is forward?” “Where is backwards?” “Can you point to the side?” Once children know the direction they are moving, the next step is ensuring that they move into space with ease and confidence.

Try playing Red Light, Green Light or Simon Says and use both fast and quick movements or slow motion actions.
