I’m starting a weekly space for women who feel like they’re holding everything together… but internally exhausted.

This isn’t anything intense or overwhelming.
It’s a place to slow down, breathe, and let your body actually release what it’s been carrying.

I’ll be guiding a short drop-in and then offering distance Reiki to the group.

You don’t have to talk.
You don’t have to share.
You can literally just show up and receive.

First session is Tuesday April 7th at 7pm PST.
Will take place on ZOOM.

For the health and safety of all clients, appointments must be rescheduled if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing, runny nose, vomiting, etc.

There’s only one of me and many of you. I would much rather reschedule one appointment than risk having to cancel a full week (or more) due to illness.

Please wash your hands, get plenty of rest, drink water, and take good care of yourself.
