A HUGE congratulations to two of our wonderful employees who were recently promoted to Preceptors. Mariah and Valerie have both been with The Courtyard since we opened our doors nearly four years ago! In this new role, they will be responsible for guiding new team members to be the best that they can be. They will continue to be active assets in our community working alongside both the leadership team and our care partners! We appreciate you both and wish you continued success here.

Within the last few months, we started a Namaste Care Program in our Memory care that takes place every week. It has been a huge success, focusing on a gentle and individualized approach for people with dementia. October 8th is national “Bring your Teddy Bear to Work Day”. We embraced this and brought it into the program this week. Such a simple, yet joyful experience for our residents. 🧸
