If you consider massage therapy as part of your healthcare, we have a call to action!! Please go to this link (before Tuesday July 30th) and submit a testimony to strike line 23 on page 62 of LB1 to remove health care taxation from this bill.

Nebraska has recognized massage therapy as healthcare since the 60’s and legislation just passed an updated definition in February!
The state of NE does not tax health care, by including massage therapy in this bill it is opening up the door to health care taxes. Massage codes are used by multiple providers such as physical and occupational therapists as well as chiropractors. Again, this opens a door.
Our property taxes need controlled, but this isn’t the way to do so.
