Well lots happened for the business in 2025 and 2026 is bringing a fresh start! I’m excited to announce the gym portion of my business has been handed over to a great new owner Ryan Foster who has lots of big plans for the location 303 West Central Ave. It will remain a gym and Ryan will be bringing lots of new fitness/health opportunities to Sutherlin.

I will continue to do massage in Sutherlin but at a new location that brings more opportunities for both me and my amazing clients. You can now find me at 447 S Calapooia St in Sutherlin. Located next to Barnes Heating and Cooling, and Civil Solutions Engineering. I am sharing a space with a Chiropractor who shares the same passion as me when it comes to individualized care for each person. Our bodies have a different story so shouldn’t your care be treated as such?

My contact, scheduling, clientele, and prices remain the same. I look forward to continuing my journey in helping you get the most out of life.

Well I’m officially offering my gym for sale. Massage, photography and family already have me spread too thin so… YOUR TURN!

Details- You are not buying the building and if you would like to continue the gym where it sits then you can speak with the Landlords who are incredible people!

You are purchasing all equipment including TV, surround sound stereo system, table and chairs, AED etc. You are set up for success you just have to make it your own.

Current Memberships will end January 1st of 2026 and it is up to you to renew those with your clients should you choose.

I am very excited to announce we will be starting classes back up this week! We are offering a 1 hour Plyometrics class Friday at 4:30p.m. And a 30 min Cardio class Saturday morning at 8:30. These classes will be taught by PT Ryan Giffen.

BY DONATION - THIS WEEK ONLY (May 23rd and 24th) Following classes will be $5 for gym members and $8 for nonmembers.

What is Plyometrics? - Plyometrics are exercises that involve rapid stretching and contracting of muscles, typically through jumping or explosive movements, to enhance muscle power and speed. They are commonly used in sports training but can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve overall strength and power. These exercises can me modified to accommodate those needing lower impact.
