Qi Gong is at Fords Pond!
Join us every Saturday this summer at 8 AM for Qi Gong with Matt, owner of Misty Mountain Acupuncture. These weekly sessions are held at beautiful Fords Pond and are a great way to start your weekend with mindful movement and gentle strength-building.

Qi Gong combines meditation and motion, offering powerful benefits with movements gentle enough for all ages and abilities.

Hi, I’m Donna Morhain and I love yoga and the benefits it imparts on our physical body as well as our energetic body. Practicing and teaching yoga for 20 years allows me to share that love with others. Currently I teach at Zen Den and The Vortex and I am very excited to start sharing my mat with you at Misty Mountain. I am yoga alliance certified and have also completed certification in Advanced Yin Yoga. I look forward to seeing you on your mat this Saturday! Namaste.
