Yogis, my teaching has moved to the YMCA in Roseburg at 12:30 TTH. I also teach chair yoga there at 11:20 TTH

Hi yoga friends! Due to lack of attendance and also personal fatigue, I am taking time off of teaching any yoga except for classes at the YMCA. I teach TTH 11:20 chair yoga and 12:30 regular Hatha yoga. So come and see me there!
I also will be gone on vacation for the month of June, but someone will take my place for classes. So I encourage you all to try the classes at the Y. Lots of people in attendance there!

You can come at 4:30 pm for beginning yoga! It's a new earlier class for those who get off work earlier, and those who want to get yoga powered before eating supper. That's TWTH. Now if that's too early, come at 5:45pm. One hour classes. You will feel wonderful and wonder why you waited so long to try it!
