You have choices in this life. You choose your food, your partners, your work, and the things you do every day. You can choose things that bring you joy and peace or you can choose things that make you angry and bitter. If you're feeling stressed, can't sleep, and you're cranky then look at the choices you have been making. Then think about the things that are important to you. Family? Kids? Peace? Health? What choices have you made that interfere with these? Are these choices interfering with the things that are important to you? Too much time on social media complaining about something you have no control over? Just stop giving it power. Focus on the important things.
