Today's message warns us about the importance of connecting with our interior. We often take actions due to the external influence of society and the environment in which we live, but we forget our connection with ourselves. And from the moment we establish this connection with ourselves, our desires begin to become more and more real.
One tip for establishing a strong connection with yourself is through journaling, or prayer, Yoga, or anything that makes you focus on you.
