Shifting Seas Drumming Journey is a transformative drumming journey inspired by guide participants through the waves of "Sea Change" - a shift in consciousness, clarity, connection and courage. Woven together the rhythm of the drum with sacred elemental affirmations, we will create a space where sound becomes medicine, and the heartbeat of the drum provides a vessel of change.

Each Sea Change holds a vibration - Calm, Courage, Clarity, Creativity, Confidence and Connection. Bree will lead through guided drumming, breath and intentional affirmations. You are invited to release old patterns, align with your inner rhythm and step into the flow of Sea Magic, the alchemy of conscious transformation.

Yin Stretch: Every Wednesday, 10:00am - 11:15am

Yin Stretch is a form of energy healing. This slow-paced style of yoga incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The poses are held for longer periods of time than in other styles of yoga.

Instead of focusing on building strength, Yin focuses on flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue. This also helps release blocked energy bringing peace and balance to our body, mind, and soul.

Class will begin with intention setting and creating a sacred space.
Reiki and Thai adjustment will be offered at the end of class to bring complete healing.

If you have your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything you feel you will need, please bring that with you if you want. We do have mats, blankets, blocks, and some pillows for your convenience.

Don't forget, I do human and animal healing sessions!

What do those sessions entail? I use a mix of Usui and Crystal Reiki in each session, along with intuitive healing. Well, what is Reiki? It is a form of energy healing that uses the "universal life energy" (Reiki) to help bring balance and function back to the client. Sometimes our energy can be blocked or just not properly flowing. The Practitioner uses hands off or gentle hands-on touch to help bring balance back. This can be for something physical or mental as well. It is believed this realigns the Chakras, boosting the Endocrine and Immune systems which allows the body and mind to heal. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out!
