Yin Yoga and Energy Healing: Every Wednesday 10:00am - 11:15am

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, to target deep connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia. The focus is relaxation, mindfulness, and gentle stretching. Props, like blocks or bolsters, are used for support.
This practice is rooted in ancient Chinese Taoist principles, bringing balance to the body’s "yin" (passive, cooling) energy with more active "yang" practices. It is great for improving flexibility, reducing stress, and promoting inner calm. It creates balance in the body, mind, and emotions.
Yin yoga is suitable for all levels of yogis, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
We begin class with intention setting and creating a sacred space. Reiki and Thai adjustment will be offered at the end of class to bring complete healing.
If you have your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything you feel you will need, please bring that with you if you want. We do have mats, blankets, blocks, and some pillows for your convenience.
