Introducing 2 NEW Sourdough Flavors

As I have just launched my Tranquil Apothecary line with custom herbal tea blends and salves I am now incorporating herbs into my sourdough bread.

This month I introduce to you my two new herbal flavors:

Lavender Roasted Garlic
This handcrafted sourdough loaf is baked with intention combining slow-roasted garlic for grounding warmth and a gentle touch of culinary lavender for calm and clarity. Garlic brings depth, richness, and comfort, while lavender brings relaxation, balance, and soothing to the nervous system.

The result is a beautifully balanced loaf: savory, aromatic, and subtly floral, with a crisp golden crust and a soft, nourishing crumb. Each slice carries both comfort and calm designed not just to feed the body, but to invite a slower, more centered moment at the table.

Brown Butter Sage
This savory sourdough loaf is rich, nutty, and aromatic, featuring the deep, caramel notes of brown butter perfectly paired with the earthy, herbal warmth of fresh sage. The brown butter enhances the bread’s golden crust and soft, tender crumb, creating layers of flavor that unfold with every bite.

Because food carries more than flavor, it carries intention.

This loaf begins with water gathered at the height of the full moon, a time traditionally associated with fullness, clarity, manifestation and heightened energy. That water becomes the base of the dough, and as it ferments and rises, it symbolically holds the imprint of that lunar energy within it.

This month’s loaf begins with water gathered at the peak of the March 3rd Worm Full Moon a moon that symbolizes thawing, renewal, and the quiet stirring of life beneath the surface. Traditionally, the Worm Moon marks the shift from winter dormancy into early spring movement a time of emerging, softening, and preparing for growth.

You’re not just eating bread.
You’re taking in something crafted in rhythm with nature’s cycles, something made during a moment of fullness and intention.

Slow fermentation supports digestion.
The crust is golden and crackling.
The crumb is airy, tangy, and alive.
