🌊Super excited for the new swim season!🌊

We’re proud to introduce our 2026 Head Coaches — and even more excited about the culture they’re building at MorningView!

This season is about strengthening team spirit, elevating stroke development, and making sure every swimmer is challenged, confident, and having FUN along the way.

Tucker Callis will lead our main competitive team while mentoring our high school coaches, bringing strong technical knowledge, energy, and a passion for developing swimmers who push their limits and support one another.

Katharine Alsobrook will lead Mini Mantas and 10U stroke development, focusing on strong foundations, skill progression, and helping newer swimmers fall in love with the sport from day one.

The future of MVST starts now!

UPDATE: reporting details are posted below!

Heads up, MorningView! If you live on or near Summergrove Landing, please take note of the unfinished manhole covers that the paving company surrounded with bricks before they left for the evening. They're hard to see, and could easily damage some vehicles. We'll work on getting a phone number to report to the county directly for anyone who may have hit the bricks and damaged their vehicle. Drive carefully!!

It's time to send in your holiday photos of your BEAUTIFUL homes! 🎄✨ There are so many fabulous decorations this year! Is your neighbor’s house even fancier than yours? This is a great time to knock on their door and let them know their home should be submitted too!

Thank you so much to the many neighbors who came out to say hi and ask questions during our Fitness Center Open House on Sunday! 🏋️‍♀️💪 The turnout was AMAZING, and we had an absolute blast meeting everyone! 😄

A huge thank-you to our incredible team of neighbor volunteers who helped bring the MorningView Fitness Center to life 👏🏡 — and a very special shout-out to our Fitness Center Committee Chair, Melissa Joy! 🌟🙌 THANK YOU all for helping to make MorningView the very BEST NEIGHBORHOOD around!

📣 OFFICIAL UPDATE! 📣

The MorningView Fitness Center OPEN HOUSE will be THIS SUNDAY (November 23rd) from 1 PM – 4 PM! 🏋️‍♀️✨
Come check out the new center, meet with our team, ask questions, and demo the equipment! 💪

🎉 The MorningView Fitness Center will be OFFICIALLY open THIS MONDAY (November 24th)! 🎉

✨ Due to feedback from our amazing community, we have adjusted the fitness center hours to 5 AM – 10 PM daily ⏰.

✨ If you have not yet filled out the waiver 📝, please do so by midnight on Wednesday, November 19th to guarantee fob access by opening day.

✨ Access is given via the MorningView blue amenity fob that is assigned to your household. Your fob will be activated for fitness center access after your household waiver has been completed.

✨ Every adult in your household who uses the fitness center must fill out a separate waiver. 📝
