“Traditional medicine told me I was broken. I spent years trying to ‘fix’ myself, but what I’ve realized is that the root cause of disease isn’t just in the body—it’s in the mind, spirit, and environment. I had to redefine healing and find my truth.”

This realization came through my journey with lupus, kidney failure, and a spiritual awakening. I discovered that dis-ease is not from one singular cause, but a complex web of genetics, epigenomics, and psycho-somatic behaviors:

Genetics form the health foundation.
Epigenomics reflects how external influences shape gene expression.
Psycho-somatic behaviors are formed by how we internalize experiences.

Reverse Lupus

Lupus is a complex All Systems Dis-Ease that can manifest differently for each one of us. Living with Lupus is very different from understanding the “disease” in “theory”. I believe that’s where the GAP is with Medical Doctors and us Lupus patients.

Living with Lupus is like living with an angry WOLF within that threatens every facet of our lives. Mainstream treatment with various toxic meds are the inevitable solution for those times when the WOLF is strong within.
