🍫Make this skillet hot honey chicken in no time at all for a dinner bowls recipe that everyone will love!
🍯Ingredients for Chicken:
• boneless chicken breasts
• honey
• sriracha
• cayenne + crushed red pepper
• freshly minced garlic
🍯For The Bowls
• zucchini
• summer squash
• carrots
• avocado
• rice
• lime
• ranch
🍯Making hot honey chicken is so easy! Simply:
1. Mix up the hot honey sauce.
2. Cook the chicken in a skillet for about 15 minutes.
3. Add in the squash.
4. Coat everything with hot honey sauce and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Putting the Bowls Together
Once the hot honey chicken is cooked and ready to go, simply combine the ingredients for the bowls and enjoy! Start with the cooked rice, then add in the roasted squash, fresh carrots, creamy avocado, a squeeze of lime, and a drizzle of ranch. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and enjoy!

🥜Here's a quick protein snack to boost your energy and kill that hunger bug midday!

🌽Ingredients
• 3 cups of whole grain cereal
• 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 + ¼ cup roasted and salted peanuts, chopped
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp flaky sea salt
🍅Directions
Line a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper.
Using a pot over low heat, mix together 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of honey until well incorporated and easy to pour, stirring constantly. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tsp sea salt.
Place 3 cups of whole grain cereal in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of chopped peanuts and mix until well combined.
Pour half of the honey and peanut butter mixture over the cereal and chopped peanuts and mix until fully combined while setting aside 1/2 cup for drizzling on top.
Press the mixture into the parchment lined pan until evenly distributed.
Drizzle the rest of the peanut butter honey mixture and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup chopped peanuts over the top and press gently into the bars. Finish with 1 tsp of flaky sea salt.
🧻Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum, slice into bars, and enjoy!

This breakfast sandwich only has a few ingredients, only takes a few simple steps, and is way better than a frozen sandwich from a fast food place!!

Ingredients
• eggs
• english muffins
• spinach
• cherry tomatoes
• cheddar cheese
• onion
• salt & pepper
• Sauté the veggies. Heat up a pan on the stovetop with some oil or cooking spray. Add the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
• Whisk the eggs with some milk, salt & pepper, add in the cooled, cooked veggies + tomatoes and the shredded cheddar cheese.
• Pour the egg and veggie mixture onto a sprayed baking sheet (a 13-by-9 size baking sheet is the perfect size). Make sure to spray the pan so the eggs don’t stick.
• Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and firm. Remove and let cool for a few minutes. This is important so the eggs stay together once you cut them for the healthy breakfast sandwich.
• Once the eggs have cooled, use a round glass, top of a mason jar, or round cookie cutter to cut 6 even size circles.
• Slice the English muffins, place them onto another pan and toast them in the 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. After 7 minutes, add the cheddar cheese slices to the bottom halves of the English muffins and place them back in the oven to melt for the last 3 minutes.
• Place the cut eggs onto one half the English muffins and top with the other half. You can even enjoy this healthy breakfast sandwich open face style.

30 Minute Butter Chicken Meatballs. A delicious mix of cozy and healthy. This dish incorporates a variety of Indian spices, all with an abundance of health benefits!!

Ingredients
▢ 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
▢ 1 egg
▢ 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
▢ kosher salt and pepper
▢ 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
▢ 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
▢ 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
▢ 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
▢ 1 tablespoon garam masala
▢ 2 teaspoons curry powder
▢ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
▢ 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
▢ 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
▢ 1 can (14 ounces) full fat coconut milk
▢ 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
▢ 2 tablespoons butter
▢ 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
▢ steamed rice and naan, for serving

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Add the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to a bowl. Coat your hands with a bit of olive oil, and roll the meat into tablespoon size balls (will make 15-20 meatballs), placing them on the prepared baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are crisp and cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook 5 minutes or until fragrant. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Stir in the garam masala, curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add the tomato paste, coconut milk, and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine, bring the sauce to a boil, cook 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the yogurt and butter. Add the meatballs and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro.
5. Serve the meatballs and sauce over bowls of rice with fresh naan. Enjoy!
