When emotions feel too big to carry, pause and ground yourself in God’s presence. 🙏🌊
You don’t have to be ruled by overwhelming feelings—God has given us tools to help us respond with peace and clarity.

🔹 Step 1: Ground Through Your Senses
Slow down. Look at your surroundings. What do you see, hear, feel?
God designed your body to anchor you in the present moment. Let His creation remind you that you are safe and held.

🔹 Step 2: Name the Emotion
Give your feelings a name—sadness, anger, fear.
When we bring our emotions into the light, we invite God to meet us there.
Ask yourself: Where do I feel this in my body? Then offer it to the Lord in prayer.
