👓 How to Properly Clean Contact Lenses
(Reusable 2-Week or Monthly Types)

Healthy eyes start with small habits 🌿
Here’s your step-by-step cleaning guide 👇

1️⃣ Wash & Dry Your Hands
Use mild soap (no fragrance).
Dry with a clean, lint-free towel.

2️⃣ Rub & Rinse the Lenses
Place the lens on your palm, add solution,
and gently rub 10–15 seconds per side.
Rinse with fresh solution to remove debris.

3️⃣ Disinfect & Store
Fill your case with fresh solution (never reuse old).
Soak for at least 4–6 hours or as directed.

4️⃣ Rinse Before Wearing
In the morning, rinse with new solution before inserting.

🫧 Lens Case Care Tips
- Empty, rinse, and air-dry daily
- Replace case every 3 months
- Never use tap water or saliva
- Don’t sleep in lenses unless approved
