Dear Valued Patients,

It is with heartfelt gratitude and mixed emotions that we share an important update regarding Agape Family Medicine, PC.

After careful consideration, Agape Family Medicine will no longer be seeing patients and will be permanently closed on March 31st, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for the short notice. Please know that this decision was not made easily. Over the past two years, it has been a true honor and privilege for Dr. Bede Cha, DO, and the entire Agape Family Medicine team to care for you and your families. We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us and for the relationships we have built within this community. Your support, kindness, and loyalty have meant more to us than words can express. We truly feel blessed to have experienced the warmth and connection that reflects the true meaning of “agape”—selfless, compassionate care.

For patients who need to access their medical records, please contact our internal partner, PRIVIA Health, who will assist you with record requests.

You may obtain your medical records by:
* Calling (888) 774-8428 during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET, or
* Logging into your online patient portal to submit a request through PRIVIA Health.

Dr. Cha will also be transitioning to work within the PRIVIA Health system for the next three months and hopes to relocate in Suwanee, GA. He encourages his patients and supporters to follow him on Facebook to update the progress of his relocation.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. It has been our greatest hope that we provided each of you with compassionate, high-quality care and that you felt the spirit of Agape Family Medicine during your time with us.
