We will discuss the nature of your pain, why you have arrived at this pain, what you can do as a team player to improve your health thru recommended stretches and better daily activities that can contribute to your overall health. I am a mother of 3 sons, native of Colorado, and CrossFit level one certified. I am passionate about teaching others about the benefits of massage. I encourage you to work it into your preventative health plan. Research has shown the massage therapy has beneficial effects in stress, chronic back/neck and muscle pain, nerve impingement, range of motion, flexibility, general wellbeing and helps you acquire a deeper night sleep.
