Doctor Davis and his wife have their own personal story to share about their daughter!
“When it came to RSV season we were always cautious of our surroundings & where we brought our kids. However, our oldest child caught RSV at the age of 3 with “one of the worst cases” that the Pediatrician said he had seen in his 40+ year career.
She had gone 3 years without ever running a fever and we thought she would for sure get one when she tested positive, but she never did! Our pediatrician called her “a non-textbook case” because she didn’t have a fever, but recognized she probably had a stronger immune system since she had been adjusted since birth. She recovered beautifully, and is 10 years old now and rarely gets sick!”

Doctor Davis and his wife have their own personal story to share about their son Griffin.
“Our 3 month old son, Griffin, started acting sick when we were on vacation in Tennessee. We took him to urgent care with a cough, and some mild congestion. The doctor that treated him in urgent care didn’t even want to check him for RSV because he didn’t have a fever, but after our experience with our older daughter- I asked her to. Immediately positive! We landed in the children’s hospital emergency room a day or two later with breathing trouble. He did end up struggling with breathing, and needed a nebulizer treatment several times, along with a steroid to help him with his breathing but he never ran a fever, either! The doctor in the emergency room discharged us, and told us if he had run a fever they would have admitted him. I can’t imagine if he hadn’t been adjusted how differently our experience would have been in the emergency room!”
