Thank you everyone at Summer Willow for my blessing Sunday! I cooked lunch and dinner and had a wonderful day because you all was happy to see me cook! Thank you staff for your help, thank you Greg for cooking the grilled hamburgers, and thank you Chasity to coming to help me with dinner! The smiles on the residents made it worth all the hard work! I love you all!

Enjoyed the residents Thursday ! I brought them watermellon and Watergate salad! I am trying to do better, Bringing them something special! Love spending time with them!

Summer Willow is having their yearly cookout for residents and their families on June 1st! We eat at 5 o'clock ! Bring a side dish if you would like! My brother Hugh Kight will cook chickens and sauage ! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Went to Summer Willow today to fix hair! Really enjoyed the residents . they are so sweet! I cooked them some lemon pies !

Well, I cooked lunch and dinner Sunday with my Sister Peggy. I cooked shrimp Alfredo , broccili salad , pistachio salad, and bread sticks . For dinner I cooked ham and swiss rolls, crab stew and ice cream sundae! I had some good reviews and a few bad ones! Everyboby doesn't like shrimp! Next time I will ask! Really enjoyed being with the residents!

Well, Summer Willow made it through the storm ! Thanks to the staff and Chasity. Larry and I also stayed all night with the residents . Larry has been going everyday to pick up limbs. We had no damage to our building! The Lord was with us!

Going back to do hair at Summer Willow tomorrow! I sure do miss my residents! We cooked steaks on Labor Day ! My brother Hugh Kight and Peewee Bennett cooked them for us! They were so good! We had all the trimmings and blackberry cobbler. With ice cream!

I have had surgery last week on my hip. I really miss my residents! Love them so much! My husband Larry Boyd helped me make a lemon .pie. I enjoy cooking special foods for them! Hope to be back.soon ! Thanks, Yvonne Boyd!
