I’ve been thinking a lot about how stress shows up on our skin.
When we’re overwhelmed, our bodies produce more cortisol.
And cortisol actually breaks down collagen over time.
Collagen is what keeps our skin firm, elastic, and glowing.
So yes… skincare matters.

But calming your nervous system might matter even more. I once heard someone say that when you are in complete rest you look so much younger. This has been true for me.

BooBoo Kisses is easy to apply to cuts, scrapes, and bug bites for itch relief and a wonderful skin mend. Some people buy it for a lip balm but I think it is better for an easy applicator for cuticles and bug bites.
