We had a few lovely days off while hosting family from California (complete with a Tourists game, Biltmore & Grove Park visit, Trolley tour & breweries galore), and are now back in the swing of things! When not at the market, we are serving patients from all over WNC in our Swannanoa practice with Chinese Medicine including acupuncture & herbal medicine (both western and eastern) as well as additional modalities like polarity therapy & craniosacral therapy, cupping & gua sha, lifestyle & nutritional recommendations and East Asian massage techniques- Tuina & Shiatsu.

Our team includes partners Dr. Whyrick & Meghan Hedley, both of us offering different but complementary modalities and both passionate about providing hopeful & natural options to empowered wellness!

Dr. Whyrick works with Chinese Medicine emphasizing preventative and palliative care including many hard to identify health challenges and a unique approach to all things pain, fertility, autoimmune diseases, headaches, both chronic & acute issues, etc (the list goes on and on!). He works with all ages including pediatrics. He offers online herbal consults as well for those not local to the area.

Meghan Hedley LMBT NC license # 23217 works with craniosacral therapy & shiatsu massage focusing on infant fascial and cranial work, mother-baby dyad support & women’s mind-body-spirit balance including gentle pre and post partum work.
