This is absolutely one of my favorite hacks! Most commercial crackers are loaded with natural flavors (God knows what this stuff is….) seed oils, poor quality spices, etc.
Inspired by my favorite kitchen helper (Spang), we call these crackers.....Suz-it's. Get it? They remind you of a cheeze-it (but no cheese!) flavorful, crunchy and filling!
Because I don’t eat much gluten, I am always looking for a cracker recipe that hold up to dips, hummus, etc. This almond flour cracker has just a few simple ingredients (fine almond flour, flax meal, nutritional yeast, coconut oil, lemon and salt!) Crazy right? That glob of dough turns into perfection!
While cooking for yourself and your loved ones is a labor of love --isn't self love important? We are WHAT we EAT? This recipe takes a little time to prepare, but it is a crowd pleaser!
