We have lots of space to grow for the right Mental health clinicians, office staff or clinical interns...please contact us if you'd like to learn more.

Job posting:
Creating Peace of Mind is a small mental health clinic new to Swansea IL, directed by Robin Dalske, PsyD, who has been practicing in this area for 15 years. We have many referrals for new clients and need new clinicians to meet demands and ensure we are able to serve patients in a timely manner. We are expanding rapidly and looking for the right clinicians to join our team. We are looking for Licensed Psychologists, LCPC, LPC with experience, LSW, LCSW in Illinois, or with possible reciprocity. We are a federal contractor who accepts Medicare, so we are looking for COVID vaccinated providers to provide services in office, and virtual sessions as appropriate to situation.
We will help you with insurance paneling, as we accept many private insurances and self-pay clients (which may include Medicare for doctoral level providers, who are Medicare eligible).
We currently provide individual, family, and couple’s therapy to adults, and children as young as 12 years old. However, we intend to provide groups in the future. We are also open to providers specializing with children and do have a therapy room equipped for play therapy. We are dedicated to appropriate care with respect to people of all genders, races, religions, sexual orientation, and cultural backgrounds. Acceptance is a must for all members of our staff.
Positions are available for clinicians at all levels, but preference will be given to Doctoral level providers and Psychologists, and mental health providers with advanced licensure and experience. We do accept private pay, but Most of our clients have commercial insurance through their employers.....so we are looking for clinicians that are licensed in the State of Illinois, and those with previous insurance credentialing.
We emphasize collaborative care, so attendance and participation in case consultation and collaborative educational presentations is required as a part of employment.
Currently we have many referrals for various presenting problems, the majority are for Depression, Anxiety or Adjustment disorder, but there has been an increase in need for treatment of eating disorder, OCD, couples, family/child referrals, GBLTQ trained providers. Currently, we provide goal-based therapy, with cognitive behavioral, behavioral, and mindfulness/DBT treatment, and CPT for trauma. Clinicians with similar theoretical orientations are encouraged to apply, although other specialties will also be considered. We are honored to serve many military members, retirees and their families.
Part time and full-time clinicians will be considered, but priority will be given to those available for 20 clients a week, in office location. Schedule is loosely based upon a 9 to 5 schedule, with clinical meetings on wed or Thursdays, but clinicians can provide services at evenings and weekends upon their discretion. Reimbursement will be based upon a percentage of billing collections. Providers and staff will be paid an hourly rate for required meetings and on-site in-services. At this time, COVID Vaccination is required, as we are a Medicare provider, but if staff need to quarantine, we offer video therapy as well, so there is not a disruption to patient care.
INTERESTED APPLICANTS can send resume, copy of licensure, and cover letter, other relevant documents to

Did you see the research that says that when an individual is referred for mental heath services by their doctor, their medical costs tend to go DOWN ?-

In a first-of-its-kind study, a significant correlation was found between behavioral health care and lower total medical costs. People diagnosed with a behavioral health condition who received behavioral outpatient care had lower total health care costs of up to $1,377 per person in one year and a two-year cost reduction of up to $3,109 per person
