One of the most underrated treatments in facial harmonization is Masseter Botox. I originally treated mine because I clench and grind. I used to wake up with awful tension headache and my jaw would be sore from the constant stress on the muscle.

Alongside relieving my pain, there’s also an esthetic bonus! A softer, more tapered lower face. Over time, my shape shifted from round to more heart-shaped as the muscle reduced in size.

Strong masseter muscles can make the lower face appear wider or more square. By strategically relaxing the muscle, we can refine facial proportions while also helping with:

• TMJ discomfort
• Teeth grinding + clenching
• Jaw tension
• A broad lower third

Without chin support, lips can look heavy or disconnected.
With proper chin support + chin shadow, everything aligns.

We refined the chin first, then added a small amount to the upper lip for vertical height.

Pay attention to how just adding the chin makes her lips look proportionate to her features. 👌🏻

Temple filler is one of the most underrated treatments in facial balancing ✨

Over time, the fat pads in this area shrink, collagen decreases, and even the underlying bone structure changes. The skin becomes thinner and the temples can start to look hollow, which can change the smooth contour of the upper face.

Restoring that volume softens contours, supports the brow, and brings harmony back to the face.

Personally, I often prefer filler in the temples over Sculptra. I find filler more predictable, easier to fine-tune, and in this area it holds up beautifully over time when placed correctly. 💉
