How about a 33% pay cut? People complain about their doctors not taking enough time with them, but don’t understand that as overhead costs rise our pay is constantly cut.

Dr. Murphy here with a "DON'T DO IT!!!" warning. I have been made aware of a social media influenced fad of sun gazing: looking directly at the sun to supposedly cure all kinds of ills.

If you want to see what this does to your retina, take a strong magnifying glass outside and focus the sun on a piece of red paper. That hole you just burned through the paper could be your retina.
