The journey is long, but worth taking…

I wanted to let those who have followed me and my Holistic Practice (including my yoga classes) know, that I am taking a break from working multiple jobs. I am suspending my Holistic Practice and will not be offering any services or yoga classes at The Soul Purpose until further notice.

This decision was not a decision that was easily made . The universe has brought me to a point in my journey where I need to slow down and focus on myself as well as other personal and career opportunities.

I am extremely grateful to Jessica Kozak Shaw for her mentoring and the encouragement she gave me to open up to my gifts and to share them publicly. I am also grateful for all the wonderful people I have met through the Soul Purpose. I have learned a lot , grown and now will be able to continue to grow further.

For the time being, I will continue to be available for private virtual readings, house parties as well as private yoga sessions. If anyone is interested, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

Thank you to all of my wonderful followers, those who have attended my yoga classes and who I have had the privilege of doing a reading for. Your support over the last 4/5 years has meant the world to me!

Still on a Yoga kick this Summer? Carmen's Holistic next Based Yoga Class is on August 9th. Her Yoga classes are holistic based which means she uses Reiki in her classes for those who are open to it. As well as she uses a diffuser to continue to make the space more relaxing for you.
