Because...why not. If you can help...cool. If you can't or don't want to...that is cool too. All I ask is you pray for favor in my life that things turn around and send me all the positive thoughts and vibes and juju you can muster! Yesterday was update day. We took progress pics and measurements. Remember the weight on the scale isn’t the only number. I definitely see changes in my progress pics but I still have parts of me that I loathe and I’m just not ready to share them. But here are my measurements progress:

I’ve lost 5.5 inches in my hips. I’ve lost 7 inches in my waist. I’ve lost 5 inches in my thighs. I’ve lost 3.5 inches in my chest. This has been since September 4th, 2023. I regret not taking measurements in December of 2022.

I recently went shopping because everything was too big! I’m down 3 sizes in pants and shirts!!!

Regarding my workouts I write my own and have someone look them over and critique. So I can help
You with that as I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Regarding nutrition I believe in a way of eating that is not a diet but a way of eating that is healthy and sustainable for life (yes obviously with tweaks where necessary and yes we all have cheat times). So many of you know I’ve been having some knee trouble. Well the other night I was taping it up and watching a video about taping the knee. The physical therapist brought up pain caused in the knee by a tight IT band. That band basically runs from your hip down the side of your thigh straight to the outside of your knee. That was right where I was experiencing pain. First thing I did was tape for the IT band and then. Everyday I’ve been sprinkling stretches throughout my workout. The improvement has been phenomenal.

Happy Friday afternoon. I just wanted to put some feelers out today or rather tonight. I guess to see if anyone would be interested in a class, a fitness class, to be held at Poole Training Center in Swansea. I could start with one class a week, or I could do two classes a week, one on Monday evening and one on Wednesday evening. The class would entail strength training and in between strength training some pallet cleansers to just move your body and have fun. You would need to provide your own weights and your own mat. Classes would be held at 6 30PM and go for one hour. Depending on weather class may be held outside, in our indoor riding arena, which is dirt, or in the aisleway of the barn, which is concrete. I wanted to give out as much information as I’ve kind of put together and put it out there to see who would be interested. Now, I would be willing to offer this class on the same days and times somewhere else if you know of a location that is free to use. I would start the class in April, and for April and May I would ask for donations only and if attendance is good and we want to continue in June. I would start to charge per person. Leave your thoughts and comments below and keep them positive. If you aren’t interested or you don’t have a place for me to teach or you can’t make it to Swansea, remember, be kind with your comments.
