I offer customized healing sessions blending a variety of modalities including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic work, Aromatherapy, and Reiki. I specialize in Lymphatic massage, lymphatic education classes for groups and one on one instruction. I feel having a functional understanding of the lymphatic system is key to our overall health and wellness. My clients have experienced substantial benefits from as little as one session and because of this I am passionate about sharing this knowledge to benefit and empower others. Lymphatic massage and drainage can support all types of people including those who- are post operation, highly active athletes, have autoimmune disorders, have chronic swelling, work at a desk job, have experienced cancer, chronic allergies, and migraines.

This week I’m working with..
3 clients who had a tummy tuck in the last two months,
1 with a recent BBL + lipo,
1 who is a long term client after cancer journey and breast reconstruction,
1 who is healing from lipedema removal surgeries,
1 new mama needing deep tissue,
6 for full body, relaxation focus,
one with constipation and face wrinkles,
3 on a weight loss journey, 2 of which are using GLP-1,
1 athlete,
1 with cerebral palsy,
1 with chronic neck pain after and accident and surgery,
1 for c-section scar release,
1 with migraines and carpal tunnel,
and 2 for general lymphatic wellness/detox. 🤗

And I locked in a steady stream of referrals from a top plastic surgeon on the Illinois side as well as a local gym - both in the last two months 🙌
So grateful to have these lymphatic skills and to be able to help such a wide variety of people. When I started lymphatic work 10 years ago, it seemed like no one had even heard of it. Now I have referrals coming from all directions.
