When trying to eat clean

Blueberries, strawberries, kale, collards, greens and green beans are very easy to grow in this area organically, from my gardening experience. It's otherwise hard to weigh the balance of trying to eat healthy, when actually poisoning the body with chemicals

What's in that smoothie?!:
Changes everyday, but today's recipe:
bok choi, kale and mint from the garden
= 3 greens
Burdock stems foraged from the woods
Turmeric root and black pepper
Fresh echinacea flowers and leaves bc covid is spreading again, and
1/2 banana and frozen strawberries to keep it sounding "normal"
But who wants to be normal, lol
