We are seeking a full time or part time licensed therapist (LCP, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW preferred) to join our practice in a positive, collegial environment. We offer our therapy staff a competitive percentage of collected Billings and will pay employer portion of payroll taxes (about 7.65%). In addition, we provide liability insurance, office staff support, and new client referrals. Hesed Psychological Services, LLC serves a diverse client population and is a training site for doctoral level students.

The ideal candidate:

Has cross-cultural competency

Has an existing caseload, but desires to grow their practice through internal referrals

Thrives Independently and cherishes a collegial atmosphere

Has training in CBT, DBT, and/or ACT

Has experience in social skills training

Secondary considerations:

Bilingual, particularly Spanish speaking

Training, a certificate or degree that ‘emphasizes integration of Christian faith and professional practice

Specialty certifications (e.g., EMDR, IFS, PCIT)

Supervisory experience

Skilled in couples therapy

Skilled in children’s therapy
