Itโs a reminder to slow down and check in with something we donโt always pay attention to. Our Mental Health.
Oftentimes, it only comes up when things feel overwhelming or heavy.
But most of it shows up in everyday life:
In how we cope, how we rest, how we show up for others, and how we carry stress without really naming it.
Awareness isnโt about fixing everything at once.
Itโs about noticing whatโs already there and being more honest with ourselves about it.
Because when we notice patterns, we understand them more clearly.
And from there, we can take care of ourselves in a more intentional way.
