Everyone’s posting a 2016–2026 transformation…
I’m sharing a 3-year transformation because that’s where the real work happened. 👏🏻
What changed:
• Lost 25 lbs through consistent weight training and a low-carb/keto diet
•Focused on long-term health, muscle, and metabolism
•Dissolved lateral cheek filler to soften my features and restore balance
•Chose less lip filler to better suit my face
•Forehead reduction to decrease the size of the upper third of my face. Combined with a medial brow lift to rebalance and open the eye area
• Added brown highlights to bring warmth and dimension back into my hair
•Removed microblading once I realized the shape no longer complemented my eyes
Proof that subtle, intentional changes compound beautifully.💁🏻♀️
