We are open! One of my mentors always said “ play your piece of the puzzle well and let others play theirs” for every headache, low back, neck pain that comes in our door is one less person in an ER or urgent care. Two shows in two weekends. These past few months have been busy... All the hard work came together the last two weekends at two incredibly competitive shows. I am so thankful for WNBF Sam Okunola - I could not have done it without his coaching and encouragement along the way. I cannot recommend him enough. It’s been a lot of fun and now the focus shifts toward growing and enjoying other aspects of life. 😊

It’s been pretty cool getting to know founder and owner of . Matt recently underwent his 9th surgery on his knee having to get a full knee replacement. He recently competed at an elite level of the Highland games and powerlifting. I’m excited to be just a small part of his recovery. His mentality through it all is very impressive. Thank you Matt for let me be part of the process. Give him a follow and pick up some gear while you’re at it.

Keys to success for the stair stepper.
1. Don’t collapse forward as it shortens your hip flexors.
2. Don’t simply lift your leg to the next step but push off with your quads from each step. You will burn more calories and achieve better muscle tone.
3. If you find yourself getting tired and falling into this position try interval training. Set the speed high for a short amount of time followed by a slower tempo to maintain position.
