LifeSpine Health Enhancement Center is located at 4956 Benchmark Centre Drive in Swansea, Illinois. Louis Metro East area - with patients coming from Belleville, O'Fallon, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, as well as the smaller surrounding communities. We are located near the intersection of Frank Scott Parkway and Old Collinsville Road, in the Benchmark Center Plaza. Currier graduated Magna Cum Laude and has been practicing chiropractic medicine since 2010. In addition to his Doctorate of Chiropractic he also holds a Masters degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Despite expertise in sports injuries, he operates LifeSpine as a family practice that treats people of all ages; from newborns up to the "silver citizens". LifeSpine is different from most other chiropractic offices in that we go beyond mere pain relief and do everything possible to correct and fix the underlying problem. The result is much more than temporary pain relief since true rehabilitation of the spine and body is achieved, giving long-lasting benefits. In addition to treating common pain syndromes such as neck pain, low back pain, disc herniations, and headaches, Dr. J. specializes in treating difficult cases that may have not gotten results in the past (either from M.D.'s, or other Chiropractors). Such conditions include: painful or complicated menstruation, digestive disorders like chronic diarrhea or constipation, stress incontinence, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, ringing in the ears, sinus and allergy conditions, asthma, chronic ear infections, persistant bed-wetting, and even colicky newborns. owns the business with his wife, Tracy. As well as co-owning LifeSpine, she serves as the Office Manager.

Not your Ordinary Chiropractor!

Congratulations! Whether you are new to chiropractic, or are familiar with chiropractic and are searching for one near you...you’ve made it this far! Let me share with you how we are different so you can decide if we’re the best fit for your health needs. First, a little bit about me:

Hi! I’m your Chiropractor, Dr. J. I graduated in 2010 from the prestigious Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. It may matter to some, so I’ll add that I graduated at the top of my class (Magna Cum Laude), and also earned a Masters Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in addition to my Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. I guess it’s nice to know that I didn't just “squeak by”...after all, do you know what they call the doctorate student who passed with “D’s”? ...Doctor.

My wife, Tracy, and I opened LifeSpine Health Enhancement Center in 2012 with a Mission to Improve the Quality of Lives for our Community through Natural Therapy. Since opening, we’ve added to our holistic approach by offering Massage Therapy, Exercise and Rehabilitation, Posture Correction, Custom Orthotics, and CBD products. Our Vision is to one day incorporate the expertise of other healing arts such as Yoga, Acupuncture, and Functional Medicine to truly become a “health enhancement center”.

Now for the stuff that you need to know: How are we different? Well, one thing that our patients tell us is that compared to other doctors they’ve been to we take the time necessary to (1) understand your health concern, (2) perform a comprehensive examination to determine the CAUSE of your problem, (3) effectively communicate the exam findings [in English] so YOU can understand your health problem! To us, these basics seem like a no-brainer, and I assumed that every clinic operated like this...as I found out through hundreds of patient testimonies, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
